Paper Submission¶
How can I change the order of authors?¶
On Submissions→View own Papers click on the edit icon at right hand side of the paper entry. On each author subform are ↑ and ↓ icons to change the order.
How can I change the contact author?¶
Contact author is the author who submitted the paper. As an author you can not change the contact. Please contact the program chair.
At submission I misspelled my co-authors name. How can I correct his name?¶
You can not change the data of your co-author. Your co-author has to login and change the data himself. If he has no login data, he should use the password forgotten function on the login page. If this fails, e. g. because the contact author is not available, please contact the program chair.
Invitations¶
When I receive an invitation, sometimes I have to enter a code. Where is this code?¶
The code is the 12-character string between invitation and accept (or reject) which you can find on the links. For instance, if the links you have received are

then the code is h7rHIL8s42M9
Sometimes clicking on the link generates an error, or leads to a blank page. What should I do?¶
Copy the complete URL of the link in a browser. Please ensure, that there are no line breaks or spaces.
After accepting, the invitation sometimes I get a login screen (and do not yet have login information).¶
It means that you have never been a user of Confmaster before and that you should create your account by clicking on Signup .
After entering the code, sometimes I find several invitations to serve in the program committee. What should I do?¶
It depends on you, which invitation you accept. Please take the following issues into account: - different status (e.g., PC Member vs. Senior PC Member) - inviting person (some conferences can be configured that only the inviting person can assign papers to you)

Please ensure, that there are no line breaks or spaces in the link.
After I accept an invitation, how can I be sure that the invitation is accepted?¶
You will see a screen that says "Welcome to IJCAI-18". If you want to be sure that the invitation has been accepted, go to the main menu: <Your Name>→Roles & Invitations.
I have accepted the invitation, but when I log in the system does not recognize my PC or SPC status.¶
Go to the main menu: <Your Name>→Roles & Invitations:
- Check your role status. In the case of problems, contact the PC Chairs.
- If you do not have the requested role, please enter the invitation code again.
- If this does not work, mail to the PC Chairs

We use the first available avatar picture. Therefore we search at 1. your registered social logins (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google) 2. search for a gravatar at https://gravatar.com/ 3. use the default gravatar always available at https://gravatar.com/
