Identify and Merge Duplicated Person Records

Duplicated Person Records can be identified and merged at ChairUser Duplicate List. To identify merged person records enter at least one search criteria, e. g. Track, Role etc.

Duplicates are identified using the Levenshtein distance. Two person records are considered similar, if the Levenshtein distance between first name and last name of both records is less than a quarter of the total length of first name and last name.

The table groups each two records, which are considered as similar. To merge this records, click on the radio button of the person record, which should be merged.
